Currently, warranty information queries are supported for the following product series: Micro-inverter, DTU, Micro-Storage, Meter, Combiner Box, Rapid Shutdown Device.
2.If you have any questions about the query results or if you are unable to find any warranty information, please contact our support team: service@hoymiles.com. When sending an email, please attach the device purchase document and device information such as SN.
3.If the warranty period of the equipment you purchased is about to end or you need value-added services, we offer two ways to faciliate the warranty extension service:
A.Please contact the seller or local distributor from whom you purchased the hoymiles products to initiate the warranty extension process. Hoymiles will work with the distributor to facilitate the extension.
